Q1. Thanks for joining the study. Today, I'd like to ask you some questions about traveling to new places. First, can you tell me about a memorable trip you took to a place you had never visited before?
A1. One of my most memorable trips was visiting Singapore for the first time. I was really excited because Singapore is a multi-cultural country, and I wanted to experience that. I enjoyed exploring the city, talking with people from different backgrounds, and trying new foods. I especially loved the local cuisine, like Hainanese chicken rice and meepok noodles. Also, I had the chance to visit some temples and see how people practice their religions there, which was really interesting for me.

Q2. I see. When visiting a new destination, do you prefer to travel alone or with companions? Why?
A2. Well, I prefer to travel alone to places I haven’t seen before. There are a few reasons for this. First, sometimes going with others doesn’t always make the trip better, especially if there might be dangerous situations like accidents or unexpected incidents. For example, when I visited Turkey, I felt more comfortable going by myself because I didn’t want to worry about my friends or family’s safety. Overall, I like having the freedom to explore new places on my own.

Q3. Good points. Airports often introduce rules about baggage limits that might make travel less comfortable but help speed up security checks. Do you think such policies are necessary for travel? Why or why not?
A3. I think these baggage policies are important for traveling because they help keep everyone’s belongings safe and make the process faster at the airport. When people only bring a small amount of luggage, it’s easier for security to check everything, and there’s less chance of losing something. Also, when traveling to places that might not be as safe, like some areas in Asia, it’s better to carry less so you can watch your things more closely. So, I believe these policies are necessary.

Q4. Interesting. Do you think that traveling to new places will become more common or less common in the next ten years? Explain your thoughts.
A4. I think traveling to new places will become less common in the next decade. One reason is that international relations seem to be getting worse, which can make traveling more difficult and risky. For example, there have been recent conflicts between countries, like the United States and Venezuela. Because of these issues, many people, including my family, might feel less safe or interested in traveling abroad.

A1. "looking forward to seeing it."
⏩️ and I wanted to experience that.

A2. "First, the country isn't always make us happier."
⏩️ First, sometimes going with others doesn’t always make the trip better, especially if there might be dangerous situations like accidents or unexpected incidents.

A3. "I think it is important for us to make a policy for traveling procedures like carrying small belongings."
⏩️ I think these baggage policies are important for traveling because they help keep everyone’s belongings safe and make the process faster at the airport.

A4. "the government and the world international relations become worse compared to last previous years."
⏩️ international relations seem to be getting worse, which can make traveling more difficult and risky.
