流れを漂う。
少し自分のHPのイメージが膨らみかけてきました。画像を貼り付けたりするのが、
面白い。他の人のHPを見ながら、すごいなあと驚くばかりでなく、自分ならどうしたいか技術的な面にも思いをいたしかけているのが嬉しいです。恐ろしくマイペースではありますが。
家の中も少し片付いたが頑張ってもう少し整理したい。
もう少し風が通るといいなあ。今日はクーラーなしです。汗ばんで新陳代謝だね。
汗を流さないと不健康。
この頃癖のように何度も感じるのは、やはり天気の良い日に洗濯物を出せるのは
気持がいい、ということなので、すっかり主婦感覚かな。やっぱり天気の良い日に
遊びに出かけるのは気持が良い、という感想が出てもいいと思うよね。
東京電力不足するんだっけ。エアコン消しているのは協力的な態度。今日だけか。
今日できる事を明日に持ち越さない。
自転車に乗って碑文谷のダイエーまで行きました。
毎日今日ぐらい元気だったらいいな。
掃除の後の一休み。
キッチンの絨毯をやめた。
くまのぷーさんで一番気になるのはイーヨー。
大学生が安っぽい実業家になっていたのかな。甘いというべきだろうかな。
少し落ち着いたかなと思うけれど、からだが重い。頭も重い。やる気はないわけじゃないけれど。
やっぱり体重落さないと軽くなれないかもね！

The mistake many people make is giving up before they make it real. They feel ill at ease. They feel they're faking it. Of course they are. It's the easiest, and sometimes the only way to make it to the other side.
I believe that great achievers everywhere understand the importance of faking it. Anna Wintour, British editor-in-chief of American Vogue, is a case in point. Hugely successful in the cut-throat world of US publishing, she is known as Nuclear Wintour for her glacial manner. Personally, I think she's fabulous and a fine model for busy women, especially if getting out of the office at a decent hour to see your kids is important. Her decisiveness is legendary. In a recent documentary she admitted to acting decisive, even when she doesn't feel it. She simply points out that her position requires her to be seen as decisive. Her staff need her to act this way. She has a lot to get through and, at the end of the day, it's only fashion. Regardless of how she feels, she acts decisively.
今日はHTMLでHPを作ろうとしていました。道は遠いけれど。ぼちぼちいきましょうか。
大きなものの一部である事。
小さいからこそ伸びようとすること。
心臓強い。強い心臓。
信頼。
大地と天空の恵み。
自立とはどういうものだろうか。経済的に自立していなければ、精神的に自立しようなどと言っても笑止千番だろうか。
障害のある人が、配偶者などを完全に信頼しきって暮らしている様子の安らかさなどを見聞きすると、人の心のあり方は、経済的に独立していなくても構わないことかもしれないとも思う。またどんな人もひとりでは生きていないのは現実だ。
実際人は助け合って生きてきたのだし、人の存在に感謝しようが恨もうが共生の
中の一部だ。
それにしても隣の芝生が緑に見えて仕方が無いことがある。体力の限界を感じたり
するけれども、今からでも遅くないと思う。人と比べずに自分にできることをする。
体力をつけるには、決めた事を実行し継続すること。からだを鍛える。

やっぱり３人目を産むのは可哀想だなと思った。私がもっと元気な母親でないと。これから初産なら高齢でも構わないけれど。快楽だけのセックスじゃがっくりするというのは欲張りかな。一人っ子では可哀想、貧しくても兄弟がいた方がいいという気がすることもあるので、結局その時の体調とか自分の気持の反映で、客観的にこの方がいいということは言えないのだ。何か幸いかなどわからない。授かりものなのに自分の意志でどうこうできるような気になっているのではないかな。感じてしまうものを間違えと言われても困るが、安定した考え方が出来るようになりたい。しかし避妊すると本当にがっかりする。実際今度出産しようとしたら、死ぬのではないかと思うくらいなのに。矛盾している。
心肺機能を鍛えるにはどうしたらいいのかな。眼球もとても疲れている。
早く洗濯物干さないと。覇気が欲しいな。一日で家の中をからりとすっきりして
しまう覇気が欲しい。
傘を取りにいかなくちゃ。もうないかな。大事にしているものをどうして忘れるかな。
僧職課程の勉強をしている時に出会った女性が、大事なものを大事にしすぎると壊してしまうんですよ、とおっしゃったのを思い出す。
子供の水泳の級が上がったりすると嬉しいが、子供に夢を託すようになるのが
怖い。経済的にはとにかく、精神的に自立しないと。急がなくてもいい。
成長を喜んでいればいい。
勇気。
とにかく先に傘を捜すか。
干しに行くのだが、すぐに戻ってきてしまう。とにかく干してしまえ。そうしたら
干したと書けるから。
のびのびと安心して暮らしたいな。心配しないで。
やっと干した。もっとやろうと思えばやることはあるのだが、寝たいと思う。
昨日はパイナップルの完熟が安かったので一個買ってほったらかしだったのを
切って食べた。むさぼり食ったという方が当たっている。コンビ二の前で
地べたに腰を下ろしてカップヌードルをすすっている学生の姿などを見ると
マナーがいいとは思えないが、飢えている時はむさぼってしまう。
傘があそこにまだあるかどうか確認してから。
朗らかになりたい。でも無理して笑っても不自然だ。
旦那さんが、気を揉ませやがって、と半分笑いながら言った。
気を揉ませる人だ、と言われたことがあった。同じことをまた旦那さんに言われたので思い出した。
失いたくないと思うと、失うのが怖くなる。一人でも平気で人が安らげるような
人になりたい。
そうだ。今晩は何にしようか。スープを作ろうかな。
心やからだが弱いといろいろなものにすがってしまう。強くなりたい。
みんなが幸せになりますように。
怖い者知らずは怖いけれど、恐れずに勇気を出して。毎日の積み重ね。
わからない方がいいんだ、という人とわかった方がいいよと言う人があった。
何をわからない方がいいと言ったのか？何をわかった方がいいと言ったのか。
それも尋ねようとしなかった。わかっていたから？何を？
電車に乗って傘を取ってきた。この頃出かけるたびに思うのは、私は歩く事ができるということだ。元気な時はそんなことは考えないと思うけれど。
行きがけは電車に乗ったが、帰りは駅３つ分歩いた。いつもと違うスーパーを
見つけて安い肉などを買い漁り、重い荷物を持って汗をかきながら何故歩く？
荷物の重さを軽くするために自転車に乗って行って、着いたらほっとして、
自転車を置き忘れて重い荷物を抱えてふうふう言いながら帰ってくる。何か
違うと感じながらならまだましだ。自分の利益を追求することもできないのに
何を悩むことがあるだろう。
でも、ちゃんと立て直さなければならないことがある。
ところでまた髪を切ろうかな。
頑張って英語行きなさいよ、と旦那さんから電話があった。PCを立ち上げてみると
今日は子供も水泳だ。子供の水泳の日を忘れている。個人面談は行かなくちゃいけないか。
昨日面接に行った会社の壁には、目標とか、安全第一とか、いろいろな心構えが
張られていた。仕事はやらせてくださいと言えなかったけれど、我が家にも、
ああいう風に、目標とか壁に貼ろうかなと思った。ちゃんとした会社だと尊敬の
念を抱いたりした。何を考えとるんじゃ私は。私だって頑張ってるよ。
でも今朝は子供が登校したあと、さっき正午過ぎまで起きられなかった。夜も
眠ったのに。頭が朦朧としている。健康第一。
でも娘が返事をしてくれたので存在が感じられて嬉しかった。
祖母も、見舞いのとき、金さん銀さん超えたら、ダイヤモンドだと言ったら、
ダイヤくれるの？などと返事をしてくれたので、嬉しくなって、超えたら
ダイヤあげると約束してしまった。旦那さんがくれたエンゲージリングなら
あげられると思う。旦那さんは怒るだろうか？
疲れた。傘を忘れたのに気がつかなかった。
年取った。
今日は面接があります。

ごはんをつくってもらいたいな。あたまをなでてほしいな。よく頑張ったって。
きっとかみさまは笑顔で迎えてくれるんだ。よしよしよくきたってかみさまの
ほうからかけよってきてくれるんだよ。
かみさまはまほうがつかえるからだんどりなんていらない。ひつようなものは
みんなごぞんじ。わたしにひつようなものはみんなごぞんじ。
ああ、わたしだったら、ちょいちょいちょいってかるうくできちゃうのに、
っておかあさんはいった。だからあたしみたいのができちゃったんじゃない。
おかあさんのへたくそ。
だからなにをたべようかなにをきようかといっておもいわずらうな。
もうみんなおわったこと。
入梅で確かにぱっとしないお天気だけれど、今朝は可燃ごみも出して洗濯機も
まわしてほっと一息。もう少し眠っていたいなあと思うけれど、コーヒーでも
入れましょうか。
年取って体が弱ってから借金に追われるのはとても気の毒だ。
私も気をつけたい。時々甘い言葉で高利貸しの金融会社の広告が載っているが、決して老いも若きも近づかないようにして欲しい。
何だかかなしいな。余裕がないと。
余裕というのはどうしたら出来るのかな。そんなに悲壮になることはないのに。
どうして悲壮になるのかな。
学生さんにおばさんと呼ばれていたおかあさん。私をおばさんと呼ぶ人は実は
いない。甥や姪もおばさんとは言わなかったような。随分遠くなってしまったな。
どうしてかな。
母親と娘でも、同じようには生きられないのか。
どうか見守っていてください。でももういない。どこへいってしまったのかな。
私は実は今あまり音楽は聴かない。かなしくなってしまうからかな。静寂がよかったりするかな。
やっぱり壊れているのかな。
ピアノ欲しい。ベッドも欲しい。絨毯も欲しい。家も欲しい。元気も欲しい。
何もかもふっとばしてしまうような元気が欲しい。
元気で朗らかなおかあさんとヨーロッパ旅行に行きたいな。
電車の中で本を抱えて立っていた外国人の女の子。その本には、サバイバルという
文字と、ジャパニーズという文字が。彼女は異国でサバイバルしているのだという
感じがした。
ソファも欲しいな。
落ち込むな。人を羨むな。私は私。
午前中と午後とに渡って、二つの級を受験しました。学生の頃に受験したけれど、
おそらく今ではだいぶ錆びていると思う。
父の日には、自分が欲しかったので、花を買いました。真紅と黄色と白のバラと
緑のカーネーションに、レースフラワーというかすみそうに似たものをつけて、
緑のリボンにしました。
ゆうべはよく眠れたので良かった。
少し外で働くことを本気で考えます。

お釈迦様の教え
なぜ辛く、苦しいのでしょう?
満たされない・・・
欲しいものが思うようにならない・・・
そんな思いをしたことはないですか?
生きている間、ずっと「満たされない渇き 」 に苦しむのが人間なのだ、とお釈迦様は説かれました。
この満たされない渇きは、自分の好きなものに執着し、嫌いなものに憎しみを抱く、人の性質によって強まります。
また、この世界の命あるものは、無常です。
美しいものも時とともに姿を変えます。自分の身体さえ若さを失って、老います。それに執着しようとすれば、苦しみが生まれます。
人間は、美しいものに心を奪われて、迷い、失うことを恐れ、そして思うようにならないものに悩み、不安になり、苦しみます。また、生きているうちに何かを追いかけなければという焦燥感や、老への迷いに取り憑かれると、さらなる苦しみが生まれます。
「移り変わっていくものに心を奪われる者は、惜しみ、
貪欲になり、憤り、愚かになる。
時には、正しいものの見方もできなくなる。
・・・全てのものは心によって起こり、心に支配される。
しかし私たちは心に支配されず、
心を支配する主とならなければいけない。
そしてあるがままに全てを観る智恵を持つべきである。」
失う苦しみから逃れる為に、弘法大師空海は次のように施 (ほどこし) の行を説かれています。
むさぼり、惜しむ心に勝てず、
人のために財を使うことがなければ
いつも餓える心に苦む。
少しの食物も分かちて、甘を割き与えるものは
この苦しみから脱れることができる。

娘がうちに遊びにきた夢を見た。母みたいに明るい性格に見える。でも二人だけで

遊びにくればいいのになあ。狭くてきたなくしていて人を呼べるところじゃないけど。会いたいなあ。
元気になって一人でみんな一掃してしまいたいけれど、私は新聞紙をびりびりに破いて余計に散らかした。私はボケ老人なのかな？
うんちを壁に塗りたくらないだけまだ理性が働いているのかな？生理の汚れ物は自分で洗う。じゃあ人のオムツも手洗いできる？子供のオムツは大丈夫だけど。
次兄の高校時代の同級生のことを思い出す。その人は華僑の人だった。でも日本語は日本人と同じ。何故か私は同じ高校の生徒でもないのにその高校の集まりについていったのだった。きっとこんな私でも私は兄のかわいい妹だったんだろう。その人は酒に酔って吐いた女の子の吐いたものを手づかみで洗ってあげていた。優しい人だな大きい人だなと思った。でもその人は就職してから、ある日過労で心臓が止まってしまった。一人っ子だったような気がするけれど。
私は身を粉にしている？

神様や仏様は慈悲深い。
おかあさまはおとなでおおきいけれど、おかあさまのおこころはちいさい。
だっておかあさまはいいました。ちいさな私のことで一杯ですって。
私は子供で小さいけれど、小さな私の心は大きい。だって大きなおかあさまの
ことでまだ心が一杯にならないで、いろんなことを思うから。

I visited the grave of my parents with my husband and son.This year
is the 17th anniversary of my mother's death.
I asked my husband to take us for a drive to the grave near Mount
Fuji by a rented car this morning.I got satisfied finishing it because I have been longing for visiting there lately for a long time.

ゆうべは真っ赤なオージービーフをあぶってたたきにして、生ニンニクのすりおろしをゆずポンに混ぜて食べたらなかなか美味しかった。
父はよく毎日見舞い出来たものだと思う。祖母の見舞いに行ったのは何曜日だったか。先週か。往復４時間では毎日行けないと思うのは、誠意が足りないかもしれない。
昨日は午前中２時まで眠ったが、夜もまたよく眠った。でも、今朝もまた、眠りたい。

ソラマメちゃんみたいだった私。べっぴんさんにはなれないと心配された私。旦那さんに嫌われるのではないかと心配された私。おかあさんのおばかさん。
アンドロメダでヤマハのバイクに乗ろう。
でもおばあちゃんにまた会いにいきたい。おばあちゃんも象さんのようなぼろぼろの足だったけれど、抱っこしちゃったよ。わたしのおばあちゃんは世界一。
今度行ったら、お風呂に一緒に入って、洗ってあげる。おかあさんが子供の頃髪を洗ってくれたみたいに、おとうさんが一度銭湯でからだを洗ってくれたみたいに。足に薬も塗ってあげたいな。嫌がられるかな。
今日のお昼はバリ島風炒飯。セロリとソーセージとジャガイモとニンジンと、
卵と絹さや。それにゆうべのたたきの生ニンニクゆずポンも入れて。ディスカウントショップで見つけたバリ島の炒飯の元。おいしい事おいしい事。おばあちゃんにも食べさせてあげたかったね。だっておばあちゃんは私があげたお菓子をぺろりと
平らげてくれたから嬉しかった。おばあちゃんは雅な人とは違うからね♪
私はセロリに何もつけないで１，２本平らげるくらい元気。
楽しみだな。来週は、あそこの洋菓子を食べさせてあげよう。紅芋タルトみたいなの美味しいよ。
おばあちゃんが本当に私に何かしてやりたいと思っているのなら、お風呂で
私の背中を洗ってもらえないかな。座ったままでいい。座らせてあげる。
服の着せ替えもしてあげる。洗って荒れたところに薬も塗ってあげる。だから
ただ、座ったまま、手ぬぐいを持って、私の背中を４，５回ごしごしさすって
くれないかな。
もし全然お金がもらえないとしたら何をしたいか、あと自分が１ヶ月の命だとしたら何をして過ごしたいか、と尼寺のHPに書いてありました。それでしたいことって
９４の祖母との銭湯ごっこ。祖父でもしたいと思ったかな？祖父は私の存在なんて
知らないで逝ったんだから知らないや。
I did not cook beef cutlets yesterday evening.
I fried some beef with vegetables such as celery,mashrooms,welsh onions,and kinusayas with Chinese Sauce.I cooked rice with some other foods.
I should ask myself what I can do for myself and the people I love.
I will never say from now on that I can do nothing.I believe that there is something I can do for others.
