She had always been very sensitive to criticism. The smallest events would become big issues. Small arguments would become big quarrels. She would not say anything however. She was not brought up to speak her mind. Therefore, she sulked. At seventy-five years of age, she was in a mental institution. Her years of experience and her memories were her only companions. All her life, her catch phrase had been: ¡ÈI do not want to talk about it.¡É Now, there was nobody to listen. The doctor that she met with once in a week would allow her to ramble, check his watch every now and then, and give her a prescription for the next week. He had other tasks. He was an intern, forced to work in the government mental hospital for a year as a part of his degree plan. She bored him. He dutifully recorded all their sessions and doodled on his notepad when she spoke. She was beyond help. At her age, why should anyone care, anyways?

The doctor would go home every night to his young wife and twins. Constant wailing of the kids and whining of his wife on top of his hectic schedule at the hospital wore him out. Nevertheless, he had no choice. His wife of four years had seen him through medical school. Two years back she had told him that she was pregnant, and he was ecstatic. Now, he just regretted it. There were unfathomable distances between his better half and him. Even in bed, all she talked about was the twins. It was like going home to strangers. The kids merely wailed at him, as if he was an intruder in his own home. On the day that he met the old lady at the hospital, he would be more depressed than usual. She sounded so much like an older version of his wife. Complaints, regrets, questions, indecisions, over-sensitivity -- it was all there. Without realizing it, he had started bringing work home, mentally. It was something he had always despised in other people. We have work hours precisely so that we can disassociate ourselves from work outside of that specific time. However, it had become increasingly difficult to do so. There were other patients too. There was a young girl, who had recently attempted suicide, a man going through severe depression and mid-life crisis. There were so many of them. He was beginning to think that mental conditions were the rule rather than the exception, and the new studies in the field of psychology seemed to confirm his suspicions. He doubted if life was worth living at all. Once again, he went to sleep, his head filled with thoughts of escaping life, with his pillow covering his head to shut out the cries of his children.

At the hospital, the old lady was in one of her sulky moods again. She had refused dinner and was sitting in her cell, pondering over something, looking out into the distance from the window bars, focusing on nothing visible. Tomorrow she had an appointment with the doctor again. He was too young, she thought, to deal with her problems. She was made to talk while he supposedly took notes. She knew that he did not. She knew that he felt trapped. Yes, she had known enough males in her life to know how much an old crazy lady's life is valued. It was a way of life; she never liked it but accepted it.

She remembered the time when she was young and beautiful. Her sulkiness was appealing then. Her dark eyes held secrets that every man thought he could penetrate. She would say nothing and avoided all advances coldly. Sometimes the attention would secretly please her. Then her father arranged for her to get married. She was outraged that she had to go to another man's house without even being asked if she wanted to. Yet, she said nothing. Her husband was a lawyer. People said that he was very smart and good at what he did. His family reputation was flawless, and she was his socially respected wife. He was not that good at what he did, she noticed. He needed help from his father to even comprehend some cases. Every time she found him asking for advise from his father, he would beat her up, to force her to respect him. She still kept silent and said nothing. Her mother had told her to bear everything patiently, and she did. Alas! Memory is more often a downfall, than not.

The doctor looked up at her and smiled his formal smile when she walked in. She was still very graceful, he observed while sorting through his papers. A tinge of humanity touched his eyes as he thought that, and his expression became gentler. With professional courtesy, he asked her where she would like to sit and she sat in her chair as usual without further ceremony. ¡ÈHe hated our children.¡É The doctor spun around to look at her and sat down next to her, waiting for her to say the next sentence. She had hit too close to home. She looked out the window on the other side and said, ¡ÈHe -- my husband -- hated our children. He ordered me to keep them out of his way. If he ran across one of them, he would beat the child up. Then it was my turn to receive punishment.¡É She was now looking straight at the doctor's eyes. Her eyes, he noticed were beautiful -- dark and mysterious, and pained. She continued, ¡ÈMen think they have so much power and strength, don't they? Do you know what childbirth feels like, Dr. B?¡É Her voice had remained calm in spite of the nature of the questions she was asking him. He merely shook his head and asked her to continue. Harmony: The Key to Transcendence

Life and death are only two states of energy. Life means energy functioning, and death means energy nonfunctioning. Life means energy awake; death means energy gone again into sleep. So according to Kundalini Yoga, you are ordinarily only partially alive. The part of your energy that has become actualized is your life. The remaining part is so asleep that it is as if it were not. But it can be awakened. There are so many methods through which Kundalini yoga tries to make the potential actual.

For example, pranayama, breath control, is one of the methods to hammer the sleeping energy. Through breath, the hammering is possible because breathing is the bridge between your vital energy — your prana, your original source of vitality — and your actual existence. It is the bridge between the potential and the actual.


The moment you change your breathing system, your total energy system changes. When you are asleep your breathing changes. When you are awake your breathing changes. When you are angry your breathing is different; when you are in love your breathing is different; when you are in sexual passion your breathing is different. In every state of mind a particular quality of life force is there, so your breathing changes.


When you are angry you require more energy on the periphery. If you are in danger — if you have to attack or you have to defend yourself — more energy is needed on the periphery. The energy will rush from the center.


Because a great quantity of energy is thrown off from your body during the sex act, you feel exhausted afterward. And after anger, too, you will feel exhausted. But after a loving moment you will not feel exhausted; you will feel fresh. After prayer, you will feel fresh. Why has the contrary happened? When you are in a loving moment, energy is not needed on the periphery because there is no danger. You are at ease, relaxed, so the energy flow is inward. When energy flows inward, you feel fresh. After deep breathing you will feel fresh, because energy is flowing inward. When energy flows inward you feel vitalized, fulfilled; you feel a well-being.



Another thing to notice: when energy is going inward, your breath will begin to have a different quality. It will be relaxed, rhythmic, harmonious. There will be moments when you will not feel it at all, when you will feel as if it has stopped. It becomes so subtle! Because energy is not needed, the breath stops. In samadhi, in ecstasy, one feels that the breath has stopped completely. No outward flow of energy is needed, so the breath is unnecessary.


Through pranayama this potential energy within you is systematically awakened. It can also be tapped through asanas, yogic postures, because your body is connected at every point to the source of energy. So every posture has a corresponding effect on the energy source.


The posture that Buddha used is called padmasan, the lotus posture. It is one of the postures in which the least amount of energy is needed. If you sit up straight, sitting is so balanced that you become one with the earth. There is no gravitational pull. If your hands and feet are in such a position that a closed circuit is created, the life electricity will flow in a circuit. Buddha¡Çs posture is a round posture. Energy becomes circular; it is not thrown out.


Energy always moves out through the fingers, hands or feet. But through a round shape, energy cannot flow out. That is why women are more resistant to illness than men, and why they live longer. The rounder the body is, the less energy flows outward. Women are not so exhausted after the sex act because the shape of their sexual organ is round and absorbing. Men will be more exhausted. Because of the shape of their sexual organ, more energy is thrown out. Not only biological energy, but psychic energy also.


All the energy outlets are joined together in padmasan, so no energy can move outward. Both feet are crossed, the hands touch the feet and the feet touch the sex center. The posture is so erect that there is no gravitational pull. In this posture, one can forget the body completely because life energy is not flowing outward. The eyes are also to be closed or half closed and the eyeballs still, because eyes are also a great outlet for energy.


Even in dreams you throw out much energy through eye movements. In fact, one way to know whether a person is dreaming or not is to put your fingers on his eyes. If they are moving, then he is dreaming. Awaken him, and you will find he was dreaming. If the eyeballs are not moving, then he is in deep, dreamless sleep, sushupti. All energy is going inward and nothing is going outward.


Asanas, pranayama — there are so many methods through which energies can be made to flow inward. When they flow inward they become one, because at the center there cannot be more than one. So the more energy goes inward, the more harmony there is. Conflicts drop. In the center there is no conflict. There is an organic unity of the whole. That is why bliss is felt.



Another thing: asanas and pranayama are bodily helps. They are important, but they are only physical helps. If your mind is in conflict then they will not be of much help, because body and mind are not two things really. They are two parts of one thing. You are not body and mind; you are body/mind. You are psycho/somatic or somato/psychic. We talk about the body as one thing and the mind as something different, but body and mind are two poles of one energy. The body is gross and the mind is subtle, but the energy is the same.


One has to work from both polarities. For the body there is Hatha Yoga: asanas, pranayama, etcetera; and for the mind there is Raga Yoga and other Yogas that are basically concerned with your mental attitudes.
Body and mind are one energy. For example, if you can control your breath when you are angry, the anger will die. If you can go on breathing rhythmically, anger cannot overpower you. In the same way, if you go on breathing rhythmically, sexual passion cannot overpower you. It will be there but it will not become manifest. No one will know it is there. Not even you will be able to know it. So sex can be suppressed; anger can be suppressed. Through rhythmic breathing you can suppress them so much that you yourself will not even be aware of it. But the anger or sex will still be there. The body has suppressed it, but it remains inside, untouched.


One has to work with both the body and the mind. The body should be trained through yogic methodology, and the mind through awareness. You will require more awareness if you practice Yoga because things will become more subtle. If you are angry, you can ordinarily become aware of it because it is so gross. But if you practice pranayama, you will need more awareness, more acute sensitivity to be aware of anger, because now the anger will become more subtle. The body is not cooperating with it so there will be no physical expression of it at all.


If people practice awareness techniques and simultaneously practice yogic methods, they will know deeper realms of awareness. Otherwise they will be aware only of the gross. If you change the gross but do not change the subtle, you will be in a dilemma. Now conflict will assert itself in a new way.


Yoga is helpful, but it is only one part. The other part is what Buddha calls mindfulness. Practice Yoga so that the body becomes rhythmic and cooperative with your inner movements, and simultaneously practice mindfulness.


Be mindful of breathing. In Yoga you have to change the breathing process. In mindfulness you have to be aware of the breathing as it is. Just be aware of it. If you can become aware of your breathing, then you can become aware of your thought process; otherwise not.


Those who try to become aware of their thought process directly will not be able to do it. It will be very arduous, tedious. Breathing is the door to the mind. If you stop your breathing for a single moment, your thoughts will also stop. When breathing stops, the thought process stops. If your thinking is chaotic, your breathing will be chaotic. Breathing will simultaneously reflect your thought process.


Buddha talks about anapanasati: the Yoga of awareness of the incoming and outgoing breath. He says, ¡ÈBegin from here.¡É And that is the correct beginning. One should begin from breathing and never from the thought process itself. When you can feel the subtle movements of breath, only then will you be able to feel the subtle movements of thought.


Awareness of the thought process will change the quality of the mind; asanas and pranayama will change the quality of the body. Then the moment comes when your body and mind are one, without any conflict at all. When they are synchronized, you are neither body nor mind. For the first time, you know yourself as the self. You transcend.


You can transcend only when there is no conflict. In this harmonious moment when body and mind are one, with no conflict, you transcend both. You are neither. Now you are nothing in a sense: no-thing. You are simple consciousness. Not conscious of something, but just awareness itself.


This awareness without being aware of anything, this consciousness without being conscious of anything, is the moment of explosion. Your potential becomes actual. You explode into a new realm: the ultimate. This ultimate is the concern of all religions.


There are so many ways to reach this ultimate. One may talk about kundalini or not; it is immaterial. Kundalini is only a word. You can use another word. But what is signified by the word Kundalini is bound to be there in some way or other as an inward flow of energy.


This inward flow is the only revolution, the only freedom. Otherwise you will go on creating more hells, because the more you go outward the further off you are from yourself. And the further off you are from yourself, the more ill and diseased you are.


Kundalini is the original source of all life, but you are cut off from it in so many ways. Then you become an outsider to yourself and you do not know how to come back home. This coming back is the science of yoga. As far as human transformation is concerned, Kundalini Yoga is the subtlest science.

Back-to-basics pasta

A refresher course on how to get it perfect every time

Pasta may appear to be the easiest thing in the world to cook, the answer to a ¡Æwhat-on-earth-can-we-eat-tonight¡Ç panic. But if you don¡Çt follow a few basic rules, it won¡Çt live up to your expectations. Here are some suggestions:

Use plenty of water (about 1 litre per 100g) to boil the pasta.
Once the water has come to the boil and not before, add salt. In traditional Italian cooking 1 ½ tbsp is added for every 450g pasta. You may want to use less, especially if you don¡Çt own a very big pan and have to use less than the recommended amount of water.
You do not need to add oil to the water. Just give the pasta a brisk stir to separate it once it has softened.
Add the pasta all at once when the water has come to a rolling boil. If you add it little by little, it won¡Çt cook evenly. Do not break dried pasta in two to make it fit into the pot. Prod it down into the water with a wooden spoon as it softens. Cover the pot to speed up the return to the boil, removing the lid once it does, and cook until al dente – ¡Æto the tooth¡Ç, meaning it still retains some chewiness. Fresh pasta should be ready by the time it returns to the boil.
Cooking times given on the box are generally too long. Draw a strand out with a fork 2 minutes before the printed recommendation and test it between your teeth to see if it is firm to the bite. It will continue to cook a little when you have drained it and again when you add it to a serving dish or sauce in the pan, so it¡Çs better to have it a little underdone. By the time you serve it, it will be perfect.
Before you drain the pasta, reserve a mug of its cooking water. Sometimes a sauce will need a little loosening.
Drain immediately to stop the cooking process, giving the colander a good sideways nudge or two. Pour it at once into the serving bowl or into the sauce, according to the recipe.

Setting the boundaries

A cold authoritarian parent makes for a miserable family life. But, as Coram Family says, it doesn¡Çt help to be so lax and tolerant that you never set limits.
Young children do need to know that there are limits and, as a parent, you¡Çre the one to set those limits. You¡Çre not your child¡Çs best friend or big sibling. They¡Çll expect you to take charge of what¡Çs happening, so you need to be authoritative, rather than authoritarian –what used to be called ¡Æfirm but fair¡Ç.
Your task, as a parent, is not about holding on to power and control. You need to guide your child with actions, as well as words, especially, where very young children are concerned.

Showing and telling is what¡Çs needed:

Babies will fling their food, along with anything else they can grasp. They aren¡Çt being deliberately messy and, certainly, not ¡Ænaughty¡Ç. But you can guide them with actions, supported with a kind and firm, ¡ÆNo, the food stays on your plate¡Ç. You can take away an item that isn¡Çt a plaything, and give them something that can be dropped or thrown.
Toddlers may need to be diverted from poking the video, or the long-suffering cat, and towards things that will stand up to this robust treatment.
By all means, tell your two-year-old not to hit the cat, but also show him directly what ¡Ægentle¡Ç looks like, and be pleased with him when he copies your action.
You¡Çll need to take your four-year-old back up to bed, when she keeps appearing in the evening. Telling her to go back is unlikely to be enough.
Toddlers are curious; that¡Çs how they learn, and they don¡Çt have a mental list of what they can and can¡Çt touch. Tell them a firm ¡ÆNo¡Ç and hold their hand to stop them. Offer an alternative that they can touch or encourage them to ¡Ælook – but don¡Çt touch¡Ç. Children need this guidance more than once. I cooked some Tempura with some slices of goya or bitter green cucumba,carrot,onion yesterday evening because my husband loves

Once she told me that she got awfully angry at her mother

because she does not understand how she feels and left her home lost

almost all hopes.She walked and walked until her anger brought her

where some trees of cucumbas as so long time as she felt.

When she came back home to her mother with a suvenior

of pieces of cucumba her mother was so busy that she did not know

even that her daughter had been so angry at all.

The daughter thought of herself as awfully stupid and

she scarcely got back her mother's home after she got married and

her mother said that her daughter forgot her parents.The daughter

passed away much sooner than her mother.The daughter,who is my

mother,said that she had been very happy and that she never felt

that she had hard times how much people did nasty things to her.

Her mother is in a sanatrium now.There is some wish to let her know

what her daughter said to me about her mother in my heart.

Her mother, my granma,was married young,did her best to her husband's

family.I want her to stay here a little more for me until I can tell

her that I am pregnant again.

One day in the morning a woman who neither heard nor said a word

came to me knocking at the door inside which I was cleansing plates

in a kitchen

I have got to think that vanity is not so bad.Existence of those
people who act for vanity helps me sometimes warm-heartedly.

Children are naturally active creatures - make sure you help them stay that way. Tracey Williams explores some simple ways to be a physically active family
A recent report reveals a shocking lack of sports facilities in our schools. Out of 2,126 schools, only six per cent had a gym, eight per cent a swimming pool and three per cent a tennis court. Add to this the increased time spent watching TV, playing computer games or surfing the Internet, and you have a generation of little couch potatoes in the making.

Children today are less active than they were a few years ago, not just because of a decrease in physical education and the advent of fascinating sedentary activities (computer games and the Internet have a lot to answer for), but also because even walking or cycling to school and playing outside are considered risky by safety-conscious parents. However, physically active children have fewer chronic health problems than their sedentary counterparts; they are less likely to become obese; they can cope better with everyday physical tasks, and they have a stronger self-image and more self-confidence.

Fit kids mean fit adults
It's important to help children think positively about exercise, motivate them to incorporate physical activity into their daily routine, and ultimately make exercise a lifetime pursuit. Healthy, active children are more likely to develop into healthy active adults, who will have a decreased risk of cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, stroke and heart disease. Weight-bearing activities such as running and gymnastics are also beneficial to children's bone health. Impact sports like these help to increase bone density, which will help to maintain bone health in later life.

There are many ways of motivating children to be physically active and make those activities fun. If your child participates in and enjoys sports then you're halfway there, but not all children are enthusiastic about organised or conventional sporting activities. Take your child to the park and kick a ball around, throw a Frisbee, fly a kite, or have a race. You could even take a trip down memory lane and have a game of hopscotch or jump rope. If that's not your thing, why not take the whole family on a day hike, or even just have a game of hide-and-seek in the garden?

If the weather makes outdoor activities tricky, you could have a mini disco in the living room, grab a hula hoop, play balloon volleyball, or have a game of Twister.

I have reduced 0.8kg in weight for 5 days.

I went to the elementary school before noon to distribute a paper of roster about the patrol outside in my group's charge to each member after I took a nap of a couple of hours this morning.

I played with my husband this morning again with no birth control.
I enjoyed that very much.

I wonder if I am rather snobbish.I think I have got rather strong
being a mother.I can never be like the picture of Yumeji Takehisa.
Well,,but i do not think that I am so snobbish.Is it possible for
a woman to be a snob?

Anyway,I have got something to say.
My English teacher said that Yoko Ono does not seem an artist but looks like a businessperson being too good at business. I hear her father was rather rich being a good businessman.I never think her music is better than John Lennon's but I believe she has never got married money even though she seems good at that.
Anyway,I was impressed when my teacher said that John Lennon had become a househusband to nurse his second son because he could not be with his first son so long as he wanted to be when he was younger he was almost always out from home to the tour.I believe that John had loved and thought of his first son of course always as much while when he was with his second son too.

I was very happy because I could keep the appointment at 4pm to
meet the other two parents to patrol.There might be some people
who say that such a thing is a matter of course but certainly there were unbelievable times I could not be just in time in spite of my strong wish to keep the promise.

Something to think about while you're walking...

Answer the tough questions. Are you committed to getting in shape? If so, what steps are you taking to make sure you get there? What are you doing to ensure you will achieve the success you deserve? Asking yourself good, thought-provoking questions like this every day can help you stay on track.

One day at a time. Even if you've "fallen off the wagon" the day before -- or several days in a row -- today is a totally new day. Tell yourself that today's the day you're going to accomplish great things and move one step closer towards achieving your goals.

Don't doubt yourself. If you don't truly believe you can achieve something, you won't achieve it. Always start with the expectation that you can do what you set out to do and you'll be able to make your dreams come true.

Each step counts. Even if you have a long way to go, take that first step. Sometimes that's all the momentum you need to propel yourself the entire way! Remember, the journey towards a better you is an accumulation of a thousand single steps forward.

Don't hold back. If you're going to commit to this getting in shape thing, really commit. Dedicate yourself 100 percent. If you hold back even a little you'll have a harder time making it happen. Your enthusiasm and energy can carry you over any obstacle.

The physics of a new physique. Newton's First Law of Motion states that an object in motion tends to remain in motion and an object at rest tends to remain at rest. The hardest part of starting any exercise program is tying your shoes and taking that first step. Once you get going, it's easier to keep going. Try tying your shoes today.

The 90-10 rule. Do what you should do 90 percent of the time (like eat right and exercise), and then the rest of the time, cut yourself some slack. You'll need that 10 percent "fudge factor" for that occasional special dessert or that every-once-in-a-while lazy Sunday in bed.

Fat is not a feeling. If you "feel fat" one day, realize that all that fat is in your head. Your body doesn't change nearly as much as you think on a daily basis and you shouldn't let yourself feel down because you had a piece of birthday cake yesterday. Keep your eye on the big picture.

A little positivity goes a long way. Find out just how powerful it can be. Post little motivational notes everywhere -- on your desk, the mirror, the fridge. They'll give you mini-boosts all day long.

My son asked me if I regarded myself as a person of triple personality
this evening.I answered to him that I did not.Sometimes there are some
things I forget,being very busy,too much work to do for one person,
sometimes I get angry and another time I burst into laugh,but this sort of state does not show that I am such a person of double or triple personalities.

My son says that sometimes I look quite positive,at other times
I cry telling him some negative words,this time I get angry
abruptly and the like.My husband says to me hearing the boy's words that he loves me who is very positive.

Everyone makes mistakes.I have no excuses of what I have done.But I remember everything of my ex-husband's excuses,then I may well say a bit of my own excuses now after more than twelve or fifteen years.

I remember the man whose name I did not ask.I do not know who he is.
Was he a liberater to me who had liberated me from what had abused me?
Or someone who separated me from whom I loved? which I do not know
certainly.Maybe both.

Chinese dishes of fried rice with eggs,miniture scallops, minced onions and mixed vegetables.Chinese soup with bamboo sprouts,wakame seewead and pepper.Chinese salad with eggs, ham,,miniture tomatos,cucumbas and strips of bean-jelly.soy-sauce,vinegar,sugar,sesami-oil,chilly-sauce.

Rather tired.
Refreshed by taking a bath.I put some powder into the tub.The label
of the powder is the elixir of life.

My son changed the part in the brass band club from the clarinet to the purcussions.I think that this decision is good for him this first
year.

I have some ideal in my mind but sometimes I get awfully angry about
petty things in everyday life when I am with my son.My son has helped
me from the hell by his presence and yet I get severely demanding
especially to him.If I do not love him I might not demand anything.
He must be very hard anyway I imagine.

i went to see the exhibitions of the tresures of Romanovs and Russia
in the gallery of Tokyo Metropolitan Museum at Ueno today with my
son.

The exhibitions are very gorgeous but there I felt a bit of irony
of human history.I was very impressed by the visit to japan of the romanov prince who had been injured by a Japanese but the Russians and the Japanese in those days both worked very hard to develop mutual friendships.You might say that there has so many nameless people's endeavour continued until today as always. Romanovs looked also very lovely good people only the last romanovs were unfortunate who could not get along with the peoples of Russia in general very well,I imagine.i do not know what is fortunate very well,though.Jesus is said to have said that the blessed are the poor in spirit for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
The Russian Orthodox Church looks very gorgeous too as much as Roman
Catholic robes are.golden silver,diamond,ruby,very romantic.
Sometimes I doubt if the people who wear those sorts of gorgeous
robes love them so much.I suppose that they only accept them because
some people who make and deal things for their living express pleasure by their purchasing gorgeous robes.

I usually hate Saturdays because I feel very lonely with my son
every Saturday because on Saturdays you see everywhere young and old
couples with their children,so to speak round families are here and
there.But my husband must work outside on Saturdays especially.

My son has liked the large and small Russian dolls called Matryoska???
(how they call I do not know certainly) and a set of the dolls were
quite expensive to me.I bought one because my son usually never
insists of purshasing anything so much and it seemed to me very unusual for him to ask me to buy that so eagerly.
i feel for him regarding him as an unpopular boy by ordinary girls
I cannot believe that a boy who likes matryoska or lovely dolls so much is very popular.Maybe you do not have to be so popular,do you?You can be happy enough if you are loved and accepted as you are by just one fit friend or lover,can't you?

I do not have to be so pessimistic about his future.He is not a
boy of twenty years old at the moment.Only,,,,

I tend to spend much more when I keep my domestic accounts book than
when I think of me as ill.I was so surprised at my great expense in
April that I almost thought of quitting to keep the book.Yet I had better become more perseverant.Now I am saying to my husband everything what I feel making ends meet on his salary,but I do not
think that this is not so good an attitude of a housewife.I would like
to make him feel less stress from real life in order that he could
work relaxedly.

I had a dream this morning where I was taking a bath into which my mother who had already passed away 15 years ago was coming smilingly.Is this dream telling me to pray for her?
I netsurfed some dream dictionaries where I read that taking a bath showed that I wanted to be helped or that I needed more comfortable life.The dream in which you are surprised to happen to see your parent
shows that you want help and that you are aware of your being concerned.

I should stop spending money on food for 4 or 5days.Can I get along
with my family and with the budget so well as I think i should?
