I think it is important for students to learn classes at good environment. So seat arrangement is an imporant event for them. Teachers should not decide all seat arangement in class but they have to adjust the seat a little. At first, students discussed about their seat arrangement. Students are sure of their seat. but there might be some problems on the seat arrangement. After that teachers should arrange it again and explain why the seat is arrangeed again.
